Responsibilities include:
- Answer inquiries and provide information for callers.
- Greet and checking patients in/out
- Scheduling appointments and confirm appointment
- Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles
- Discussing treatment and payment options with patients.
- sends out/checks in lab cases,
- ensures patient comfort,
- Maintain upkeep of office and professional appearance
- assisting staff with patient treatment occasionally if needed
Qualifications and Skills
- MUST BE Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- great phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Experience in dental industry is not required and we are willing to train the right person who is can do attitude and willingness to learn
- excellent customer service, love working with people and a team player
- positive attitude and willingness to adapt to ongoing office growth and change
- Strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
This receptionist job is part-time. At the beginning, it is One-day working loading, and possibly working time increases in the near future. Furthermore, typical office hours are 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM; However, hours of operation may change depending on the business needs. Also, pay will depend on experience level and interview.
